At QEStudio, we are proud to develop the essential skills that young people need to succeed in education, employment and life.  Through the Skills Builder Universal Framework, our creative professionals build confidence in eight key areas: listening, speaking, problem solving, creativity, adapting, planning, leadership and teamwork.  Theses skills are explicitly taught, practised and embedded across all areas of school life, giving pupils a shared language to understand their strengths and communicate them effectively to others. 

Skills Builder is woven into the QEStudio experience through weekly PD+ form time sessions, alongside being fully integrated into all pathway schemes of learning.  This ensures pupils regularly apply their skills in meaningful, real-world contexts, supported by recognition through QEStudio positives and Skills Builder certification.  By the time our pupils leave us, they are not only academically prepared, but equipped with the professional habits, confidence and adaptability to thrive in their next steps and future careers.
