This year, Year 13 Criminology Pathway students have had trips to Lancaster Magistrates Court where they watched a real trial taking place, listening to victims and defendants giving their testimonies.

Year 12 went to the Manchester Police Museum, where they got to act out a trial about hate crime and gain an insight into the history of policing in the UK.  We have had visits and completed workshops with a number of professionals including:

• Prison Officers
• Victim Support
• Lancaster and Morecambe Homeless Action Service
